Logikl Media Automation ("the Application") is a personal automation tool that helps manage and publish video content to YouTube channels. This privacy policy explains how the Application handles your data.

- YouTube OAuth Tokens: Access and refresh tokens to authenticate with your YouTube channel
- Video Metadata: Titles, descriptions, tags, and publishing settings for videos
- Channel Information: YouTube channel ID and playlist IDs
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the following purposes:
- Authenticating with the YouTube API on your behalf
- Uploading videos to your authorized YouTube channels
- Managing video metadata and playlist assignments
- Scheduling automated video publications
4. Data Storage and Security
- Storage Location: All data is stored within your personal AWS account
- Encryption: OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored in AWS Secrets Manager
- Access Control: Only you have access to your AWS resources and data
- Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third parties
5. YouTube API Services
This Application uses YouTube API Services. By using this Application, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

6. Data Retention
OAuth tokens and video metadata are retained as long as you continue to use the Application. You may delete this data at any time by:
- Revoking access through your Google Account permissions page
- Deleting the AWS Secrets Manager secrets containing your OAuth tokens
- Removing the Application's AWS infrastructure
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View all data stored by the Application in your AWS account
- Revoke: Revoke the Application's access to your YouTube channel at any time
- Delete: Delete all stored data by removing AWS resources
8. Scope of Access
The Application requests the following YouTube API scope:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl: Manage your YouTube account (upload videos, modify metadata, manage playlists)
This scope is necessary to perform automated video publishing and management on your behalf.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
